Mr. Dehoff brings morethan three decades of experience in strategy, business leadership, andconsulting advisory services. Most recently, he served as Chief StrategyOfficer (CSO) at Honeywell, where he was responsible for developing andexecuting portfolio and growth strategies. Previously, as President & CEOof Honeywell Connected Enterprise, he led the company’s software business andoversaw the development of the Forge IoT platform. Mr. Dehoff also served asPresident of Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services, a global leaderin scanning and mobility solutions. Prior to joining Honeywell, he spent over20 years in strategy consulting as a Senior Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton andMcKinsey & Company, advising technology, industrial, and aerospace &defense clients worldwide. Mr. Dehoff earned his MBA from the Wharton School ofthe University of Pennsylvania and holds both an MS in Systems Engineering anda BS in Engineering from Lehigh University.

Mike is a Director of Consulting Services at Quantinuum helping industrial clients leverage the power of quantum computing by identifying the business-critical technical use cases that map to the unique capabilities of quantum computers and crafting a tailored quantum exploration and adoption roadmap.

Before joining Quantinuum, Mike served as Director of Professional Services and Customer Success at Enthought and spent 7 years in R&D digital transformation consulting, building and leading a materials informatics consulting and engineering practice.  In this role, he gained extensive experience breaking down complex industrial problems at the interface between business, science, and engineering and advising leaders on how to move forward. He then also led the technical teams in creating complete solutions that integrated new data science, AI, and other computing technologies together with training services to accelerate innovation and transform the culture and business of his clients.

Mike has a PhD in Polymer Science from the University ofAkron, and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University ofIllinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his prior academic career, he also heldpositions as a postdoctoral researcher at several leading researchinstitutions, where he worked to integrate experiment and theory to make newdiscoveries in the field of organic semiconductors using various computingtechnologies. He is driven by a passion to bring new technology tools to bearon tackling some of the world's most valuable and pressing science andengineering problems.

Robby Black is Director of Consulting Services at Quantinuum, where he advises enterprise leaders on the business potential of quantum computing, helping them identify valuable use cases, develop practical adoption strategies, build the teams and capabilities needed to pursue them, and prepare for a technology rapidly progressing toward commercial application.

Before joining Quantinuum in 2026, Mr. Black served as Director of Customer Innovation at Moody’s Analytics. In that role, he helped Moody’s customers understand, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and blockchain, to address business challenges and create new opportunities. He worked with leaders to translate rapidly evolving technical capabilities into relevant use cases and practical paths to adoption. Earlier in his career, he built and scaled KPMG’s Innovation Labs across four cities, creating environments where clients and teams could explore emerging technologies, test new ideas, and translate innovation into action. He has also held roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Xerox/GE Capital, and several technology startups.

Throughout his career, Mr. Black has worked at the intersection of emerging technology, innovation, and business strategy. He is known for translating complex technologies into clear, actionable opportunities that enterprise leaders can evaluate, plan around, and pursue. He holds a BS in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.

Michelle is a Principal Consultant at Quantinuum, where she advises public-sector organizations, research universities, and finance enterprise leaders on the strategic adoption of quantum technologies. She specializes in regional ecosystem strategy, workforce readiness, and application co-design, helping institutions bridge the gap between classical high-performance computing, practical business impact, and utility-scale quantum roadmaps.

Prior to joining Quantinuum, Michelle served as Head of Sales and Operations for North America at Pasqal, where she guided go-to-market strategy, hardware deployments, and collaborative use-case discovery across industrial and academic partners. Her background spans deep-tech leadership and technology commercialization, having previously served as Vice Consul for Technology at the British Consulate, as well as holding key product management and business development roles across leading technology organizations. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled international subsidiaries, including two more quantum companies based in Europe, managed cross-border strategic initiatives, and led regional tech ecosystems connecting industry, government, and academia.

Michelle operates at the intersection of emerging computearchitectures, international technology policy, and ecosystem development. Sheis widely recognized for translating complex technical capabilities intoactionable public-private partnerships, funded research roadmaps, and scalablecommercial frameworks. She also serves on the International Advisory Board forDurham University Business School.

Kathleen is a Principal Consultant at Quantinuum. She advises leaders across industries on the potential of quantum computing to address high-value scientific and business challenges, connecting emerging technical capabilities with priorities across drug discovery and development, molecular modeling, chemical innovation and beyond. She helps leaders move quantum computing beyond isolated scientific exploration and integrate it into business strategy, aligning stakeholders on where to invest, whether to build capabilities internally or with partners, and how technical developments translate into business implications and strategic choices.

Before joining Quantinuum, Dr. Foote was an EngagementManager at Deloitte Consulting, where she led cross-functional and global teamsthrough complex, technology-enabled transformations. She worked with clients inpharmaceuticals, chemicals and other industries to structure ambiguousproblems, develop data-driven strategies, align diverse stakeholders, andtranslate strategic priorities into implementable plans. Earlier in her career,she worked in higher education, partnering with university and departmental leadersacross continents to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based approachesto improving university learning.

Throughout her career, Dr. Foote has worked at the intersection of science, technology, and organizational transformation. She is known for translating complex information into clear recommendations and helping organizations move from exploration to action. She holds a PhD in Physics Education Research from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree in applied physics from Providence College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
