Our Code of Business Conduct is a fundamental part of Quantinuum and outlines the basic rules of conduct that employees are expected to follow. Quantinuum employees receive annual updates on our Code of Business Conduct and certify adherence to these standards every year.
Supplier Code of Business Conduct
Quantinuum is committed to integrity and compliance in everything we do. Quantinuum's Supplier Code of Conduct sets forth Quantinuum's commitment to integrity and compliance within its global supply chain. We expect all of our suppliers to adhere to the Supplier Code and to ensure these requirements are met within their supply chain. Adherence to the requirements set forth in the Supplier Code will be considered in making sourcing decisions. Failure to comply with the Supplier Code may result in termination as a Quantinuum supplier and possible legal action.
Report a Concern
Our employees and third-party stakeholders should always feel comfortable coming forward or immediately reporting anyone not observing the Code through one of the available reporting channels. Quantinuum will not tolerate retaliation against anyone asking questions or raising concerns. Speakfully is a service managed by an independent third-party provider that accommodates all the languages spoken by our employees.
